    I am a returning customer , and my second purchase experience was just as pleasurable as the previous.The business is a great example of what a car purchasing experience should be.Offering a wide range of superb vehicles to suits all needs.I have dealt with both Maurice and Gregg for separate purchases and would rate them both as 5 star, providing a comfortable & family friendly environment.They are both very knowledgeable of the vehicles they specialise in and more than happy to share both positive and negative aspects to help your decision making.This time around, Gregg eased me through my recent purchase and made it an extremely pleasurable experience.     As Carlsberg would say, Probably the best car dealer in the world, these guys are what you call real car dealers and know how to look after their customers, I couldn't have asked for more from Maurice and Greg, they had my new jeep in pristine condition and fully serviced with a few surprises through in, forget the rest and buy from the best, I'll certainly will be back when its time to change our vehicle again 10/10 lads couldn't be happier

    Rudeness beyond belief

    Today I’ve had the most disappointing experience with Prestige Marques that I feel compelled to share. My husband and I visited their office today 29th May 2024 after finding a listing for an Audi Q5 on the Used Cars NI website. Despite our genuine interest in potentially purchasing a vehicle, our encounter with the individual, whom I later discovered to be the boss, left much to be desired.From the moment we arrived at their office in Drumaness, we were met with rudeness and disrespect. The individual was dismissive and condescending, making unwarranted assumptions about our ability to use Google Maps and suggesting that getting to office rather than their actual garage in Ballynahinch is solely our fault. Despite our attempts to explain that the address was provided by the Used Cars NI website and that we were not advised over the phone to make an appointment, he continued to berate and belittle us, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and customer service etiquette.What was particularly disheartening was the individual's refusal to acknowledge our concerns and his insistence on shifting the blame onto us. Despite our genuine interest in potentially becoming customers, we were made to feel unwelcome and insignificant.Furthermore, during our conversation, the boss boasted about the longevity of the business (10years) and the number of customers served annually (234) suggesting “they must be doing something right and other people have no issues finding the place and booking appointments”Ultimately, our visit to Prestige Marques was a disheartening experience that left a lasting impression. As a consumer, I expect to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of the circumstances. Regrettably, this was not the case during our interaction with Prestige Marques.We received apology message from a worker Greg from Prestige Marques for his boss's behavior, citing personal reasons such as his boss's brother being ill in the hospital. While we empathize with their situation, it does not excuse the disrespectful behavior we encountered. Additionally, despite the offer of a discount on a car, we declined as the damage had already been done.I sincerely hope that the management of Prestige Marques takes steps to address the behavior of their employees and ensures that such disrespectful conduct is not tolerated in the future.

    I always strive to give customers the best experience possible and a fundamental part of this is operating an appointment system. I clearly state across a range of advertising that ‘viewing is strictly by appointment only’ and ask that customers call to check availability before travelling to avoid disappointment. You did follow this request in the first instance and I called you back as soon as possible to inform you that sadly the Q5 you were interested in was sold but I took a note of your number and promised to contact you as soon as a car of similar spec was available which I was committed to do. It came as a surprise to me when you later arrived at my home address at close of business asking to have a look at the Q5 which you were previously advised was sold. I apologise if you found that messaging or my manner offensive as it was certainly not my intention. I think it is important to note however that I was subjected to very personal remarks about my business being a ‘joke’ and critiquing my decisions not having signage from the road. That is the context on which I raised the success of our business and the customers general approach to our appointment system over the past 20 years which I feel is a legitimate point to make in defending against such direct comments. My staff are all very committed to good customer service and I support attempts to resolve disagreements, regardless of where the fault lies. I find it disappointing that you have chosen to disclose personal details shared with you on this public forum as part of that attempt to resolve but respect your decision to seek to do business elsewhere and wish you well with your future purchases.

    Avoid this car dealership!

    I had terrible experience with this dealership. I bought an Audi Q2 from them before Xmas. It had issues upon collection and how they weren’t picked up I don’t know. The car would not shift into 5th gear easily. The dealership took it away to be fixed. It turned out that two synchros needed replacing. After collection the car still did not feel right so I took it to an independent garage. They found numerous issues with the car. I did finally get my money back.

We genuinely do value customer service above all else, which we had hoped was reflected in the fact we offered you a full refund despite not being contractually obliged to do so. We do have to politely rebut your insinuation that we acted under threat of legal action as the car passed MOT only 2 days before you collected it and had been through a full Audi service just 5000 miles previously,I would also like to add that we did not miss a problem with 5th gear selection and that it was obviously not apparent until you reported it to us 4 weeks after you collected the car,We take our duty of care very seriously and keep good records for this purpose. We wish you all the best and are sorry that this vehicle did not work out for you.

    Buyer Beware

    Engine light appeared on the dash within 20 miles of purchase - on the drive home to Belfast. I was unable to reach the Greg the next day, who I dealt with when purchasing the car, but was contacted by Marcus the owner who in my opinion didn't seem surprised there was a light was on the dash and diagnosed the issue instantly over the phone as a DPF problem due to the engine running while the carpets where drying at valet. Audi has a DPF indicator light separate to the Engine light which is something I assumed an Audi Specialist would be aware of. I was then referred to Belfast Service Centre to have the car checked over, diagnose the problem and booked in to be repaired. After 15 mins at the Belfast Service Centre is was informed by the garage that there was a problem with the EPC in the car but it had been reconfigured to accept the 'new part' and there was no problem, be on your way and if the light comes back on let us know! I asked what new part was fitted to the car? to be told '' apologies that was a bit misleading, there was no new part fitted I just turned the light out'' . The Car was purchased on 14th Feb and collected by Prestige Marques 27th Feb 2023 issuing a full refund. Other areas to note - At first viewing was told the car had 2 keys, it only had one on collection. Audi A6 Avant.

    We are sorry to read of your dissatisfaction as we always aim to leave our customers satisfied with the care received. We do however have to politely rebut your claim that we sold a car that was ‘not fit for purpose’ as we work hard to act within our legal obligations. In your own words the car was driving fine throughout your ownership. We acknowledge the engine management light came on shortly after purchase which sadly could not have been predicted prior to sale and is not an uncommon issue in modern cars. We took time to explain some issues that can cause this to happen unexpectedly and promptly arranged a diagnostic appointment at the workshop. Standard protocol to check and reset all systems was followed. It was fully explained that you would then drive the car to see which of the 3 main components came back on in order to identify which sensor the light related to. After initially agreeing to this, you decided to exercise your right under our 14 day refund policy when the light came back on (as we indicated it would), rather than give us the opportunity to repair the fault. We fully respected your right to do so and we picked the car up from your home to avoid you being further inconvenienced . We are sorry this car did not work out for you and wish you all the best in the future.

    Bought a Q5 quattro for my wife and the service I received is excellent, everything runs smoothly and very professional yet friendly. When I inquire about this car I am wary of salesman talk but it proved true to their word and action their passion not only to the car their selling but the satisfaction of customer is always to the fore. Sadly this exciting purchase dampened when my mother passed away but Marques and Gregg genuinely expressed their sympathy. This truly reflect your dedication for your customer' welfare. About the car it exceeds our expectation; it was presented like brand new. I made this review more than a month after purchase and can't fault the car. Marques and Gregg and the rest of the team you are all commendable!

    I normally avoid changing my car often as I hate dealing with sales people. However, having come highly recommended, my husband and I took off to find ourselves a new car. Dealing with Maurice was a joy from start to finish and the craic was great too. The cars at Prestige Marques are amazing inside and out and no stone was left unturned by Maurice… the service we received was extremely professional and efficient. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone. We will definitely be back in the future.
